Q&A

Q: How do I know if these experiences are for me?

A: If you are looking for deeper connection to self, purpose and unique ways for exploring healing and well being?…this would be a great experience with a trained facilitator leading the weekend.

Q: What is the space like?

A: The Studio houses most of the sessions. This is a small space indoors with plenty of space outdoors surrounded by nature. The pond side studio provides a serene and secluded space for deep inner work.

Q; What are the accommodations like?

A; These are small, modest spaces with mostly twin beds. These are not luxury bedrooms, but most love the glamping feel. 2 private rooms offer privacy, but are very small. Bedding is included.

Q; What’s the food like?

A: Fresh fruits and veggies fro every meal. Options for vegetarians and vegans when we are aware of dietary preferences. Meals are generally soups, stews and breads made onsite. Coffee, tea and spring water available all day and eve. (Meal plans are sold separately).

Q; What if I don’t buy the meal plan?

A; BYO Meals is an option. We ask that your meals are prepared “ready to eat”. There is a small fridge, microwave and toaster oven available for use.

Q: Why is the payment listed as a donation?

A; Proceeds from events hosted at Pathfinder Studio & Nature Sanctuary benefit the 501c3 and help the maintenance and growth of the sanctuary.

Q: What if I am interested in the retreat as a facilitator?

A; Anyone interested in training with the Creative Rhythms facilitators will love the sessions during this retreat and experience many of the activities used within the training. This is NOT a training, but participants experience the best of Creative Rhythms Events™️.

Q: Who is leading this retreat?

A: Sandra Sabene is the founder of Creative Rhythms Events, Liverpool Art Center and Co-Founder of Pathfinder Studio & Nature Sanctuary with Daniel Sabene.
